Cancellation Policy

Please contact us by replying to this email if you wish to cancel your session. For Clay hand and footprints we take a non refundable deposit of £20 which will be taken off the cost of your imprints on the day. Deposits will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Deposits will be moved to a new slot if rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment.
