🎉 MINIKIN TURNS 15! 🎉

What a fabulous year it’s been to mark such a special milestone. 💖

Our 15th year brought one of our biggest changes yet — moving into our beautiful new home in Sale Moor Village. It’s quickly become our favourite place we’ve ever been. So many of our gorgeous long-standing customers have visited (we adore you!), and we’ve met so many lovely new faces too. 💗

With the extra space, we’ve been able to keep building the inclusive, welcoming studio we’ve always dreamed of. We now have a separate quiet studio for calm, private painting sessions whenever needed — something we’re so proud to offer. And yes… the big car park at the back has been a massive hit (we’re fans too! 🚗💨).

On a personal note… Minikin is like my second child. Many of you know all about Minikin Jnr — I started this business as a solo parent when he was just 7. He’ll be 23 in January, and I’ll be… 50 🫣. Minikin has walked beside me through my whole solo-parenting journey and has grown into a magical place that has supported, comforted and held so many of you through your own life chapters too. That has always been the heart of what we do. 💕

So from the bottom of my heart: thank you. Your continuing support truly means the world.

Running a small business right now is hard, and life is tough for many… but when you choose to visit and support your local independents, you keep your community alive. ✨
